How long does it take to get a machine into MYREX?
Capture is a scheduled on-site session per machine. It needs visual access to everywhere maintenance, service or training happens — usually the machine in service or maintenance mode, with guards opened where line of sight requires it, and a maintenance tech on hand. Sessions run between shifts, during planned downtime, or at PM time, and we work around your floor. Facilities standardizing on MYREX are onboarded between shifts, over a period of days.

What can MYREX run on?
Tablets, laptops and desktops. It runs in the browser, so crews use the devices they already carry, and it connects through the cloud.
Is MYREX validated?
No vendor can sell you a validated system; validation is something you perform in your own environment. MYREX is designed in alignment with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11 — attestation on completed work, a tamper-evident audit log, identity through Microsoft Entra. We will support your validation and we will not claim to have done it for you.
