Everything in MYREX, arranged by what you came to do

MYREX is a Spatial CMMS: the system a technician works in, covering work orders, PM scheduling, asset history and completion records — built around a high-definition 3D capture of each machine, with content pinned to marks (exact locations on the equipment) rather than to a row in a table.

How does a technician find the right information at the machine?

They find the place, and the information is at the place. The technician opens the asset on a tablet, navigates the 3D capture of that machine, and taps the spot they are standing in front of. Whatever has been pinned there opens: photos, video, notes, reference documents, past tags, past work.

High-definition 3D capture of each machine

Produced from an on-site capture session. Not a CAD model — the capture holds the guarding you actually have, the hose that was re-routed, the panel someone added.

Photos, video and notes pinned to exact locations

Content attaches to a mark rather than to a document. Nobody has to describe a location in a sentence and hope.

Search across everything

Search covers assets, marks, media, procedures, procedure steps and activity in one place.

Media library

Every photo and video ever captured is also browsable in one library, independent of the mark it is pinned to.

Asset pages

Each asset has a page carrying its full activity history — the answer to “has anyone touched this before?”

What does doing the work look like?

One step at a time, with the machine alongside. The technician runs the procedure in guided mode, raises anything wrong on the spot where they found it, and completes the work order that carried the job. All of it happens in the browser on the tablets crews already carry.

Step-by-step guided mode

Procedures run as guided mode: one instruction presented, completed, then the next, with the 3D capture of the machine alongside the steps. Photos, video and notes stay pinned to marks on that capture.

Abnormality tags raised on the 3D scene

A tag raised from the 3D scene is placed on the exact spot — it carries the location rather than a description of it. The next person to open that spot sees it, along with every previous tag raised at the same place.

Report-a-problem escalation

Reporting a problem from the 3D scene creates a work order and drops a mark at the click position, in one action.

Work orders — create, assign, complete

Work orders arise three ways: raised directly, raised out of a problem report, or arising from scheduled preventive maintenance work. Completion writes to the asset's activity history and to the audit log.

How does work get scheduled and assigned?

Through the preventive maintenance (PM) calendar and the work-order queue. Recurring events go on the calendar with their own recurrence; work is assigned to named people; the dashboard shows what is open, overdue, due today and unassigned.

Preventive maintenance (PM) calendar

Calendar events carry their own recurrence, and an event can link to a location on the machine — so a recurring task points at the place it concerns rather than naming it in a title.

Assignment

Work orders carry an assignee and a due date.

Microsoft Entra sign-in

Accounts come from your directory, which is what makes an attestation attributable to a person rather than to a shared local login.

How does a manager see what is happening across the plant?

The manager dashboard shows open, overdue, due-today and unassigned counts, with due dates — a small set of numbers on purpose. Beyond the counts, the two views managers use are the asset page and search, which reaches marks, media, procedures, procedure steps and activity together.

Spanish (LatAm) is in development. If you need MYREX to work alongside a system you already run, ask us directly rather than assuming.

How do you prove the work happened?

Every completed job carries an attestation by an identified user, and maintenance records — procedures, work records and attestations, and changes to them — are written to an audit log secured by a SHA-256 hash chain. The record also carries something most maintenance records do not: where the work happened, and the photos and video taken at that spot.

Attestation on completed work

Completed work records an attestation by the person who did it, against an identity from your directory. Whether that satisfies a signing requirement under a given predicate rule is a determination you make in your own validation.

Audit log, secured by a SHA-256 hash chain

Each entry incorporates a cryptographic hash of the entry before it. Altering or deleting an entry breaks the chain from that point forward, so the change is detectable — tamper-evident, not tamper-proof.

Designed in alignment with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11

No vendor can sell you a validated system; validation is something you perform in your own environment. We will support yours and we will not claim to have done it for you.

Which plants is MYREX built for?

Packaging · Beauty and personal care · Pharmaceutical · Food and beverage · Medical devices High changeover frequency, mixed-vintage equipment, and — in three of the five — records that have to survive an audit.

Search is plain keyword matching across six result types today — not full-text, fuzzy, semantic or instant. The audit chain covers maintenance records — procedures, work records and attestations, and changes to them; administrative changes to accounts and roles are recorded but sit outside the chain.

Frequently asked

What kind of software is MYREX?

Maintenance execution software for manufacturing plants — work orders, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset history and completion records, built around a navigable high-definition 3D capture of each machine. If you are comparing computerised maintenance management systems, MYREX belongs on the list.

Is there a mobile app?

No app to install. MYREX runs in the browser on the tablets crews already carry.

How does MYREX relate to a maintenance system we already have?

MYREX is a maintenance-execution system in its own right. If you need it to work alongside something you already run, ask us — we will tell you what fits.

What does it cost?

Talk to us — book a demo and we will walk through what fits your plant.

How long does it take to get a machine into MYREX?

Capture is a scheduled on-site session per machine. It needs visual access to everywhere maintenance, service or training happens — usually the machine in service or maintenance mode, with guards opened where line of sight requires it, and a maintenance tech on hand. Sessions run between shifts, during planned downtime, or at PM time, and we work around your floor. Ask for current timing for your equipment mix.

See it on your own machine.

Bring a machine you already know is a mess to explain, and we will show you what it looks like inside MYREX.
